Welcome to the blast for the book The Heart of Aleppo by Ammar Habib. We often read books about our own Civil War, and we have heard about the horrors of the Syrian Civil War, but we don’t really know too much about it. This novel is going to take you right into the thick of it, as seen through the eyes of a 13-year-old boy. Check it out and also enter the giveaway for another one of Habib’s books, which won the Independent Press Award in May 2017.
