Guinness and Bailey’s Cocktails
St. Patrick’s Day brings out the Irish in all of us, even those of us who do not have a drop of Irish in their blood. I do tend to enjoy Bailey’s Irish Cream year-round in a variety of ways. I do not often drink beer, but will grab a Guinness if one of my favorite craft brews is not on tap. I have fond memories of Irish Car Bombs at the Irish pub in my neighborhood. We just had the St. Patrick’s Day parade over the weekend and the actual holiday is coming up in a few days. So, I decided to go on a quest for more Guinness and Bailey’s cocktails, to give me something new to try. Some of these may require a spoon, but all looks amazing. Here is what I found.
