As I am sitting here typing this, me and the rest of the Midwest and parts of the east are preparing for another arctic blast from Elsa, I mean polar vortex. My friends in Chicago are going to get hit with -53 degree windchills, where here in Western NY we are looking at almost 30 below. All I ever want to do when I am stuck home on these days is bake, at least when I am not wrapped up in my blankets reading or watching Netflix.
