Baby Halloween Costumes: Baby Pirate

OK, so it is a little silly, but I love pirates thanks to my friends in college. A bunch of the guys rented a house and called it the Pirate House, complete with flying pirate flags. Everyone on campus knew about it and thought it was some kind of frat house. No, it was just a bunch of goofy guys who played in bands and just had a lot of fun. But on occasion, that could include dressing up as pirates. And babies can make some of the cutest pirates you have ever seen.

The COSLAND Infant Baby Boys’ Halloween Pirate Captain Costume Set is absolutely adorable. Sizes are available in 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, and 12-18 months. It comes with a cute striped cap, complete with skull and crossbones, plus a romper, vest, and belt. The best part is the romper has snaps, so diaper changes are a breeze. It’s made of 100% cotton, which is gentle on baby’s skin and breathable. This also means that it can be machine washed, but to avoid shrinkage, hand washing may be a better idea. Reuse it for fun parties and photo shoots!

This Baby Boy Captain costume from XM Nyan is also adorable. It comes with a striped headwrap, complete with skull and crossbones, belt, vest, and a jumpsuit, complete with snaps that make for easy diaper changes. It’s similar to the one above, only this one is a cotton blend. This one comes in sizes for ages six months up to three years.

I am madly in love with this Disguise Infant Costume Pirate Princess. I always wanted to have a hat like this when I was a kid, but had to settle for those card stock ones from Long John Silver’s. The dress is made of 100% polyester and the coat is attached. It comes in the size 12 to 18 months.

This TiaoBug Baby Girl’s High Seas Buccaneer Princess Pirate Costume has a beautiful pink and black dress with gold and lace trim and a pink head wrap. It’s made out of polyester, so hand washing is recommended. The back has a zipper enclosure for easy on and off.

These are just a few of the fun costumes that are available for Halloween. How are you dressing up your baby this year?
